This exceptional Antique Victorian Sterling Britannia (95.8% pure) Silver Teapot is in the Queen Anne style. The pot is of circular pear shaped, plain panelled octagonal form, onto an octagonal foot. The teapot has a panelled swan necked spout. The surface of the teapot is plain and unembellished . The hinged lid is surmounted by a wooded and silver finial and the wooden handle has a carved scroll style thumbpiece and it is mounted on a plain silver socket . Height to finial 7.25 inches , 18.4 cm , span 9.25 inches 23.4 cm . Capacity 2 UK pints
